3) In the case of a mutual contractual business relationship (including inquiries, orders, complaints, etc.) we collect the following personal data:

We only collect this personal data if you provide it to us yourself (based on your inquiry, order, business relationship based on the framework purchase agreement or complaint). In addition, as part of our business activities, we collect data from publicly accessible registers (e.g. commercial register, business directory, public telephone directory). Without this data we would not be able to fulfill our mutual business relationships.

The administrator organizes the processing of personal data through his responsible employees for individual agendas (corporate management, commercial department, accounting, human resources department, purchasing, marketing, logistics, complaints). The processing takes place with the help of information technology or manually (for personal data in paper form) in compliance with all security principles for the administration and processing of personal data. For this purpose, the administrator has taken measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to personal data or manipulation and misuse (in particular IT security system measures). The authorized employees of the administrator and the external processors (see below) to whom the personal data is made available respect the data protection rights of the subjects of personal data and must comply with the applicable data protection laws.
Automatically transmitted personal data that result from your visit to the website www.albacr.eu are stored by us and our internet provider.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The administrator transmits / arranges access to personal data only on the basis of legally prescribed obligations and on the basis of processing contracts with these external processors:

RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the deadlines set out in the relevant contracts or in the relevant legal provisions, this is the deadline that is necessary to guarantee the rights and obligations arising from both the contractual relationship and the relevant legal provisions.
Personal data of potential customers will be kept for a period of 3 years from the end of the last communication due to a possible resumption of business negotiations / the conclusion of a contract.
Personal data of trading partners will be kept for 10 years from the termination of the contract due to possible claims, spare parts deliveries, judicial or extrajudicial proceedings and the negotiations on the revival of the cooperation.
In the context of job postings, personal data is stored until the end of a specific job posting. For a selected candidate, the retention period for personal data is still based on company guidelines.
If you are published as a contractual seller in the sales network on the operator’s website (based on your registration), your personal data will be deleted after the contractual relationship has ended (deletion from the sales network). All website users of www.albacr.eu have access to the personal data in the sales network (identification and contact data of the entrepreneurs / traders) via the website database.
If you participate in our marketing event / manifest your interest in our marketing event, personal data will be stored for 3 years after the end of the marketing event due to the optimization in the organization of subsequent marketing events.

RIGHTS OF SUBJECTS OF PERSONAL DATA
You are entitled to request information about the processing of your personal data (purpose of processing, type of personal data stored). You also have the right to review and correct all data relating to your person that we have stored if you believe this information is out of date or incorrect. You also have the right to request the deletion of your stored personal data (“the right to be forgotten”), as far as this is legally permissible.
