The retirement home in Dobřichovice, with the completion scheduled to open at Easter 2026, was created through the renovation of the former First Republic guesthouse Stejskal. The building is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa in the Podbrdsko region, set among forests between the towns of Dobřichovice and Všenory, and originally served as a luxurious holiday residence.

We supplied a wide range of our products for this project. In addition to our standard portfolio, new items were also used, including the Look armchair and Amitha outdoor chairs. The Dobřichovice Retirement Home is a contributory organization of the City of Prague.

Since 2024, our business partner has been delivering seating solutions to Domov na Polní, Vyškov, a residential care facility providing specialised services for residents with chronic mental health conditions.

The RONA and SALMA armchairs, together with the OLYMP and SQUARE chairs, contribute to a warm and welcoming environment while ensuring a high level of comfort. The selected seating supports both everyday relaxation and therapeutic activities, combining functionality with a homely atmosphere.

On 29 February 2024, a new pavilion for emergency admissions and surgical specialities was inaugurated – Building No. 1 of the Pardubice Region Hospital. Visitors will find RONA upholstered chairs and SPIKER designer chairs from the ALBA range in the common spaces and waiting areas. The staff and meeting rooms were furnished with BRIGITTE* conference chairs with armrests, LOTOS upholstered armchairs, premium KENT office chairs and atypical sofas made by our partner according to the customer’s specifications.

We have equipped the new office space of K&L Rock with two lines of our office chairs. The GAME ŠÉF VIP is a high-end model with an injection-moulded foam seat and a breathable mesh backrest with padded lumbar support, providing maximum comfort for everyday sitting. The YORK NET chair with synchronous mechanics offers great value for money and is the ideal solution for both shared and stand-alone company offices.

The CIIRC building has been completely equipped with FILO stackable chairs, which can be easily moved and stored according to the current needs of the institute. For the offices, we have chosen the top-of-the-range ergonomic GAME BOSS with a comfortable wide seat, mesh backrest and increased weight capacity to suit a wide range of users.

We supplied three types of ALBA chairs for the entire building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. The atypical chair with a backrest covered with self-supporting fabric was specially developed based on the requirements of the Ministry’s architects. The ergonomic JOB chairs with a seat and backrest made of durable injection-moulded foam and upholstered in heavy-duty Bondai fabric provide comfortable seating for employees and visitors. REFLEX chairs with synchronous mechanics and massage rollers on the backrest complete the office seating portfolio.

We have completely furnished the building of the BIOCEV research complex in Prague with ALBA seating furniture. ESET chairs were chosen for public areas where chairs are often used by different people. The chairs have a metal-reinforced frame, which ensures high stability and durability, while the coloured plastic allows easy cleaning. In the offices we have placed LARA VIP chairs, which thanks to the depth-adjustable lumbar support provide high comfort even when sitting for long periods of time.
